The Lab – Who We Are

The Lab is a production unit within RTÉ that produces and commissions original video content for the 18-44 audience on RTÉ Player.

Some of our recent series include The Traitors Ireland: Uncloaked, Good Boy and Darren & Joe’s Free Gaff.

We’re a small creative team of Content Creators within RTÉ Player, with a wide range of experience in TV and Digital content. Our skills range from producing, directing, ideation, format creation, commissioning and multimedia editing.

We commission a handful of independent productions each year. All content currently produced and commissioned by The Lab is aimed at the 18-44 audience.
