How to become a Supplier

Guidelines to becoming a registered supplier of RTÉ IRP
New Supplier Form      Foirm Clárúcháin Soláthróra
Information you will need to register:

  1. Company name/or your own name if an individual
  2. Company registration number
  3. Company address
  4. Company email address
  5. Company phone number
  6. Company profile, i.e. Summary of your company’s work and experience to date.

Document Checklist: Sole Trader

  1. Completed IRP Supplier Registration Form
  2. Completed RTÉ New Supplier Set-Up Request Form (including bank details)
  3. Up to date Tax Clearance certificate

Document Checklist: Limited Company

  1. Completed IRP Supplier Registration Form
  2. Completed RTÉ New Supplier Set-Up Request Form (including bank details)
  3. Up to date Tax Clearance certificate
  4. Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable)
  5. Proof of production insurance for the project
