Welcome to Entertainment, comedy, and music!

We look for content that can bring the nation together through uplifting, heart-warming, pleasurable shows that also capture something of contemporary Ireland. From quiz to dancing, from chat to dating, from sketch to sitcom, via event and songbook, this is the home of content we know our audience relish. We are constantly searching for more. Watch this space for specific slot tenders, but we are always open to great ideas.

Our team love to build shows with our partners in the indie sector, and we look forward to working with you.

RTE is now seeking proposals for BAI S&V 4 – Round 49 – Open Call

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NEW ECOMMISSIONING SYSTEM IS NOW LIVE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE REGISTERED BEFORE THE APRIL DEADLINE. REGISTRATIONS CAN TAKE 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE FOR LATE SUBMISSIONS DUE TO LATE REGISTRATION.

Closing date for submissions to be considered for RTÉ support in BAI S&V 4 - Round 49 is Thursday 06^th April, 2023 at 12.00 noon (strict deadline).

All submissions must include a full production budget and finance plan.

Please note only proposals submitted through RTÉ’s eCommissioning system will be considered.

Please note: The discussion of, or initial interest in, a proposal does not represent a commitment to commission by RTÉ and should not be understood as such. Commissioning decisions will reflect the quality of proposals received and the scheduling priorities operating at the time. RTÉ's financial position will also be a factor. NB: Any proposals previously submitted to RTÉ in categories listed here, and which were rejected on a first reading in a previous Round, should not be re-submitted and will not be reconsidered.
