RTÉ is delighted to receive a tremendous 26 nominations for Kin, Hidden Assets and Smother in the 2022 Irish Film and Television Academy (IFTA) Film and Drama Awards.
Kin received 13 nominations, Hidden Assets gained 7 and Smother received 6 in total. The three hit Irish drama series aired on RTÉ One last year and are available on RTÉ Player.
RTÉ’s support of Irish talent and creatives has seen over 40 hours of brand new Irish drama broadcast on RTÉ last year alone. Our dedication to drama ensures the creative industry is championed, while also providing quality Irish drama for local audiences and on the international stage.

The annual awards ceremony recognises the best of Irish screen talent and production across feature film, TV drama, feature documentary, live action short and animation.
