RTÉ is Supporting 28 Arts and Cultural Events all over Ireland this November
This November, RTÉ is delighted to support Cork International Film Festival, along with 27 other arts and cultural events nationwide, spanning theatre, film, art, music, opera, ballet, festivals, exhibitions and more.
Several music, dance and theatre events will tour the country this month, including CoisCéim Dance Theatre’s The Piece with the Drums, Bangers and Crash Percussion Sextet, the Banbha Quartet, and the Nutcracker Sweeties. Meanwhile, No Magic Pill by Christian O’Reilly will come to theatres in Galway, Ennis, Longford and Dublin.
In Waterford, the Autumn Concert Season of Waterford Music will host Irish an international series of chamber music; the Marble City Music Festival will come to Kilkenny, and the Music for Wexford Autumn Series will also take place this month.
The Dingle Lit Festival in Kerry will celebrate the rich literary and cultural heritage of the area and bring some of the best contemporary writers to a local audience, while the Leaves Festival of Arts and Music in Laois will celebrate literature, music, culture and community.
The Waterford International Film Festival will showcase diverse stories and perspectives, from short films to animations, and the IFI French Film Festival will take place in Dublin along with several other events spanning theatre, literature, music, exhibitions and book festivals.
