RTÉ Commercial has today announced Vodafone Ireland as the official broadcast sponsor of the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 on RTÉ.
The 10th Women’s Rugby World Cup takes place from August 22 to September 27 2025, hosted across multiple cities in England. With an expanded 16-team format, this will be the biggest Women’s Rugby World Cup to date.
Brokered by dentsu Ireland, the sponsorship will align Vodafone Ireland with the tournament’s key moments, from all the live action on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player to expert studio analysis and commentary from RTÉ studios. It also highlights the brand’s commitment to supporting women’s sport.
As part of the sponsorship, Vodafone Ireland credits will appear alongside all transmissions of the matches on RTÉ Television and RTÉ Player (Live & Catchup), and the sponsor’s logo will feature on all TV promotional trailers.
